What is included with my gift order?
All custom design and personalization is included in the price of your gift. We also offer free attractive gift wrapping and a handwritten gift card with your personal message.
How long will it take for my item(s) to arrive?
Customization and personalization of your gift usually takes 3-10 business days. Shipping is via UPS Ground and takes an additional 2-8 business days, depending on destination zone. Customers are notified of any unexpected delays. During the holiday season, please place your order early to allow ample time for processing and shipping your custom order.
If you need your item sooner and would like to "rush" it, please contact us via email (colpre@giftsite4.com) or phone (718.631.5132). We do our best to accomodate rush requests.
You will receive an email on the day we ship your order, containing UPS tracking information. You can then track your own package to its final destination.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated per item when you are placing your order. If you would like to know the shipping charges in advance of placing your order, please contact us via email (colpre@giftsite4.com) or phone (718.631.5132) and we will be happy to assist you.
Are GiftSite4.com gifts returnable?
Unfortunately, because of the great time and effort it takes for our artists to customize each gift, we are unable to offer refunds. Keep in mind, however, that this is because each one-of-a-kind gift is custom-made for your individual order. Please notify us immediately of any damages that occur during shipping, and we will replace your item promptly, at no charge to you.
Will my credit card number remain secure?
GiftSite4.com offers a secure shopping experience. We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal uses highly-advanced security measures to ensure that your credit card number is safe from the public. When you place an order with us, GiftSite4.com receives only the order information and your email address. We do not have access to your credit card details.
