What's FREE when shopping at Colpre Creations?

All personalization and artwork is FREE and we offer FREE gift wrapping with pretty cellophane and lots of curly ribbons. We also add a FREE gift card with your personal message.

How long will it take for my order to get here?

Customization and personalization of your gift usually takes 3-10 business days and even during the holidays with our extended staff hard at work, we continue to get orders out to you as quickly as we can. UPS ground shipping takes another 2-8 business days depending on destination zone. You will be notified of any unexpected delays. If you have a special rush order...send us an e-mail or call and we will do our best to accomodate you. An e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number on the day we ship your order. You can then track your own package to it's final destination. Pre holiday orders, due to unusual volume, please give us some extra time to process and ship so we can guarantee on time arrival. PLACE HOLIDAY ORDERS EARLY!

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated per item when you are placing your order. If you have ordered multiple gifts to be shipped to the same address, we will automatically correct the amount charged appropiately when your order is placed. We will then e-mail you the corrected amount charged to your credit card. If you would like to know the shipping charges in advance of placing your order, please call us at (718)631-5132 and we will be happy to assist you.

Are Colpre Creations gifts returnable?

Unfortunately, because of the great time and effort it takes for Colpre Creations' artists to personally customize your gift, we are unable to offer a refund. Keep in mind, however, this is only because each one-of-a kind gift that leaves our store is custom tailored to your individual order. Any damages due to shipping - please notify us immediately and we will replace item promptly at no charge to you.

Will my credit card number remain secure?

Our e-commerce servers use secure socket layers. These are one of many highly advanced security measures we take to ensure that your credit card number is safe from the public. We have a sophisticated method of transmitting your credit card number through protected telephone lines. Your credit card ends up on a computer that is not even linked to the Internet. This is the same computer that gets the number when you purchase an item in a store.
